♡You, the client, may display my work on external websites as long as work is VISIBLY credited and linked back to my one of my accounts (Twitter or Carrd).
♡YOU MAY NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN!!!
♡All commissions are personal uses only. If you want a commercial license for a purchased piece please tell me!
Personal pieces fall under but are not limited to: Avatars, Phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
♡You reserve the rights to print physical copies of the piece as long as it is for personal use (EX: NOT FOR SALE).
♡Artwork may not be used for external products (EX: T-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc) without discussion with me beforehand.
♡50% of payment is expected upfront before I start working (if this is unattainable I will be happy to set up a payment plan with you!).
♡You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit, or use my art without my permission.
♡ You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way.
♡By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
♡Please credit anywhere you post my artwork!❤❤ARTIST❤❤♡By commissioning me, you are only purchasing my services as an artist.
♡I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my portfolio for any reason.
♡I reserve the right to deny any project or client for any reason.
♡I reserve the right to refund you the full/partial amount paid (Depending on progress of the project) if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.❤❤COMMERCIAL USAGE❤❤♡If you, the client, wish to order a commission with a commercial license, the total price of the base commission as well as any royalties will be agreed upon upfront.
♡The following is considered commercial use but is not limited to: reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork (EX: patreon, youtube, twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc).❤❤COPYRIGHT❤❤♡I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. You will be sent a full resolution image through email or Google Docs, BUT my signature will remain on both smaller resolutions and full resolutions of the work.
♡I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales and/or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
♡In the case of commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs.❤❤ORDERING❤❤♡If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee. This fee will be stated prior to the transaction and you as the client hold the right to make changes to the commission (EX: changing the character, agreeing to simplifying the design, etc).
♡If you wish to have a complex background, I have the right to charge a fee. This fee will be stated prior to the transaction and you as the client hold the right to make changes to the commission (EX: changing the detailing of the background to be simpler or asking for a simple background).
♡Please be clear and concise when ordering your commission and provide as many references as possible.❤❤PAYMENT❤❤♡I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
♡Will only accept USD via Paypal as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.
♡It is expected you deposit a minimum of 50% of the price upfront before I start your commission. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed. I am willing to make payment plans.
♡I will initiate the transaction as to avoid accidental transactions.
♡Payments via paypal are sent via invoice method only unless otherwise stated. Paypal fees are included.❤❤PAYPAL DISCLAIMER❤❤♡Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork's "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
♡Nothing is ever intended by either me or the client, to be physically shipped to them.❤❤REFUNDS❤❤♡I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.
♡Once I begin the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.
♡If we agree upon a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund said deposit if you back out of the payment plan.❤❤CHARGEBACKS❤❤♡You are NOT authorized to send me a chargeback for any reason.
IF for any reason your Paypal malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
♡You are required to contact me if you wish to cancel a commission request.
♡Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in an immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your paypal account, including side accounts.❤❤WORK IN PROGRESS AND FEEDBACK❤❤♡I will send you a WIP (Work in Progress) image after the sketch, when lineart is completed (if applicable), and once flat colors are laid.
♡WIPs will not be sent until the upfront deposit is paid.
♡The updates will come in the form of .png or .jpg files in the email or DM.
♡Please be available and ready to provide feedback during this time.
♡The responsibility is yours to make sure I have all the details in your order that you want!
♡I am not responsible to any unsatisfaction in any element of the artwork if there was no feedback given to improve/fix the issue.❤❤ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES❤❤♡I will only do changes in the sketch phase. Color changes can be applied during the color phase.
♡There will be a fee to change the subject or character of the artwork. Depending on the change a fee will be applied.
♡If I have moved beyond the sketch phase no changes can be made to the character.
♡Once the commission is finished small changes such as color adjustments are permitted if the missing or inaccurate element was an error on my part (EX: I missed a detail provided in the order).
♡If initial feedback was not provided clearly, any changes to the piece will come with a fee.
♡I will not redraw a commission unless a payment is sent for a second order.❤❤FINAL PRODUCTS❤❤♡There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
♡Credit to me, the artist, is required when posting the artwork on any platform.
♡You, the client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
♡I am not required to post your project in a public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you have paid for it, as you should have it as your own copy for personal use.
♡Feedback of the final project is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.
♡Any rude, non-constructive, or inflammatory comments may result in you being BLACKLISTED.❤❤NDAs (NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS)❤❤♡I reserve the right to record and livestream the process of commissions unless you pay a fee to keep the commission a secret until debut.
